Every property is different. These starting rates cover normal growth and accessible local jobs. Your final price is confirmed after a walkthrough.

Mowed grass area excludes your house, driveway and flower beds. Overgrowth, slopes, obstacles and difficult access can change the price. Pay per visit; the number of visits in a month varies.
CONCRETE CLEANING
$0.25/ sq ft
Standard cleaning · $125 standalone visit minimum. A 600 sq ft driveway starts at $150.
SMALL-BUILDING WASHING
$200minimum
Starting at $0.20–$0.35 per sq ft of exterior wall area, after checking the surface and access.
Need a little extra?
Leaf cleanup, shrub trimming, bed cleanup, bagging and debris hauling are quoted separately. Heavy buildup and specialty stain treatment are separate washing charges. Ask to include them in your estimate.

Before your first visit.
What does a lawn visit include?
Mowing, string trimming, routine edging and blowing clippings off hard surfaces. Leaves, hedges, flower beds, bagging and hauling are separate services.
Why does every-two-weeks service cost more per visit?
A longer interval usually means more grass growth and extra work on each visit. Weekly visits cost less per cut; every-two-weeks visits generally mean fewer cuts overall.
Can you mow and wash on the same visit?
Yes, both services can be included in one estimate. Any savings from shared setup are considered in your written quote.
Can you remove every stain from concrete?
Results depend on the stain and the surface. Oil, rust and red clay may need additional treatment. We’ll discuss the expected result before work begins.
What if the grass is badly overgrown?
The first cut may need additional time and equipment passes. Any overgrowth charge is agreed before the job; routine recurring rates can apply once the lawn is maintained.
